    MASLA Leadership Training for Building Level and Central Office Administrators who supervise teachers and educational support personnel.  This two-day training will be at the Wappingers Central School District, 25 Corporate Park Drive in Hopewell Junction New York on March 30 and 31, 2026, and is designed to provide in-depth personnel and labor relations training and information for front line administrators.

    DAY ONE:  March 30, 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM

    • Free Speech in School - Staff Rights & School Mission
    • Navigating the Americans with Disabilities Act
    DAY TWO:  March 31, 8:30 AM to 3:15 PM
    • Certification - Using it to Your Advantage
    • Student Discipline
    • Personnel for the Building Level Leader

    The cost for the training is $295 and attendees will receive a Certificate to show they have completed the training.  MASLA will apply for CTLE credits. The training will be in person only. Please note, there are a limited number of seats available. 

    Morning snacks and coffee will be provided on the first day, and breakfast and lunch are included on day two. 

    This program is co-sponsored with the FEH BOCES.

    MASLA and our sponsor FEH BOCES invite you to our next Regional Roundtable and Title IX Officer Training to be held at the Monroe One BOCES, 1000 Pittsford – Victor Road, Pittsford, NY.  Membership is not required to attend these sessions.  Please feel free to share with colleagues and interested parties. Easch session will be offered both in-person and virtually.

    MORNING:  April 14, 2026, 9:00-11:30AM
    For the Roundtable, w    e will convene a panel of experienced Western New York labor relations and personnel professionals to discuss lessons learned and best practices. In typical roundtable fashion, the issues discussed will be what you bring to the table. There is no cost for attending the Roundtable. A link for the virtual session will be sent to all registrants. 

    AFTERNOON: April 14, 2026, Noon-3:00PM
    The cost for the Title IX Training     is $75 and attendees will receive a Certificate of Completion to show they have completed required annual training.  We will apply for CLE and CTLE credits and will award these certificates when approved. The Title IX Training will be both in person and via zoom.     Connection information for the Title IX Training will be sent to registrants only.
