MASLA Leadership Training for Building Level and Central Office Administrators who supervise teachers and educational support personnel. This two-day training will be at the OCM BOCES, at 110 Elwood Davis Road in Liverpool, New York on December 3 and 4, 2026, and is designed to provide in-depth personnel and labor relations training and information for front line administrators.
DAY ONE: December 3, Noon to 4:00 PM
- The Principal and the Collective Bargaining Agreement | Administering the contract in everyday building decisions
- The Principal’s First 24 Hours | Responding to employee, student, and parent complaints
DAY TWO: December 4, 8:30 AM to 3:15 PM
- Attendance Problems: Patterns, Proof, and the Principal’s Response
- Student Discipline and Disability | Manifestation determinations and disciplinary decision-making
- The Progressive Discipline Roadmap | From coaching and counseling to formal discipline
The cost for the training is $295 and attendees will receive a Certificate to show they have completed the training. MASLA will apply for CTLE credits. The training will be in person only. Please note, there are a limited number of seats available.
Coffee and snacks will be provided on the first day. Breakfast and lunch are included on day two.
